iOS 18 & macOS 15 Early Compatibility Release

Last week, during Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference, our team at DigiDNA began testing and updating iMazing to ensure support of the upcoming versions of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, visionOS and macOS. We strive to ensure that our fellow developers and testers willing to install and run the latest betas can still rely on iMazing for their backups and device data access and other management tasks.

We are pleased to announce that iMazing 3.0.3 offers early compatibility with:

iOS 18 Beta
iPadOS 18 Beta
tvOS 18 Beta
visionOS 2 Beta
macOS 15 (Sequoia) Beta

We call this an early compatibility release because it's the initial beta. Many more features and capabilities have been announced but are yet to be released. These will be introduced gradually until the final versions are released this fall.

As iOS beta releases become available, we will provide supplemental compatibility updates to ensure support for the various new features announced at WWDC 2024. Among upcoming exciting features, the following will be supported in the next iMazing releases:

Messages: RCS
Messages: Satellite messaging
Voice Memos: transcripts
Voicemail: improved transcripts
Notes: new formatting options
Apple Intelligence APIs: early support
